End-User License Agreement — Evolution Express Books Sync
Effective September 23, 2026

Evolution Express Books Sync ("the Software") is an internal integration owned and operated by Evolution Express LLC ("we," "us") that connects our own accounting records in QuickBooks Online to our own operating systems. The Software is licensed, not sold, solely for use by Evolution Express LLC, its affiliate E2L Corp, and their authorized employees and contractors; it is not offered to the public, is not listed in any app marketplace, and no other person or business may install, access, or rely on it. By using the Software you agree to use it only for our internal bookkeeping, to keep any credentials confidential, and not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it. The Software reads and writes accounting data in our QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's published API under Intuit's terms of service; that data remains ours, is stored only on systems we control, is used only to keep our books accurate, and is never sold or shared with third parties beyond Intuit and the service providers named in our Privacy Policy (https://www.evolutionexpress.com/books-sync-privacy). The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all liability arising from its use; we may modify or discontinue it at any time, and access to QuickBooks Online can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks → Apps.
