Privacy Policy — Evolution Express Books Sync

Evolution Express Books Sync is an internal software integration operated by Evolution Express LLC that connects our company's QuickBooks Online accounting file to our own dispatch, fuel, toll, and expense records. It is used only by Evolution Express LLC and its affiliate E2L Corp; it has no public users and collects no information from the public. The only data it handles is our own business accounting data (vendors, bills, payments, journal entries, account balances, and reports) and the vendor and employee names that already appear in those records. That data is transferred only between Intuit's QuickBooks Online service and computers we own and control in the United States, is used solely to keep our books accurate and reconciled, is retained only as long as our normal accounting records, and is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party other than Intuit and our accounting and IT service providers acting on our instructions. Access to QuickBooks is granted through Intuit's OAuth authorization and can be revoked by us at any time from QuickBooks → Apps. We protect stored credentials with operating-system file permissions and rotate access tokens on a schedule.
