At Evolution we think differently. Our drivers earn a guaranteed salary starting at $1,300 per week ($67,600 per year). With an average of 2,150 miles per week that's more than $0.60 per mile, plus quarterly and annual bonuses worth $4,000 or more. We also offer great medical & time off benefits!

You work on the road, that doesn't mean you live your life there too. Choose home every weekend (48 hours minimum) or home every other weekend at a higher salary.
Our load planners work individually with each driver to get you the miles you need and the home time you have earned.
Earn 2 weeks paid vacation in your first year. We also make sure you're with your family for most major holidays.
The Right Tools for Your Job
Evolution does not waste your time with unreliable or uncomfortable equipment. Every truck is a 2024 or newer Freightliner, Volvo, or Kenworth, with 7 new 2027s on order, and dedicated trailer repair staff keep equipment safe.
We put the best driver seats available in every truck and install power inverters for all your toys. All trucks have APUs, and we do not restrict idling. You get a dedicated dispatcher who learns your preferences, and pets are allowed.
